Quality is a thread woven into the fabric of the APM culture and every facet of our operation. It is a value that drives the solution development process and defines the part design process, tooling requirements and manufacturing process. Our goal is zero defects.

Key factors in the assurance of quality are control and accountability in the design and manufacturing process. In every aspect of the APM business, quality is apparent. We utilize traceable and certifiable materials, computerized process control and reporting, QA/QC inspection, state of the art machinery and detailed documentation throughout the design and manufacturing processes for every product.

APM has also developed a strict set of standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and control. Our product design process, SPC system, mold design, and culture have been crafted to render products of the best quality.

This effort results in product precision and consistency, along with manageable and predictable costs throughout the life of each product.
